Your privacy matters.

Videoroy processes account information, uploaded videos, sharing preferences, support reports, and payout details to operate the service. Passwords are hashed; service credentials and payout details are encrypted at rest in the application database.

Playback and advertising

Playback telemetry includes event type, time, and a keyed visitor hash used to limit duplicate views. Operational server logs may contain IP addresses and request details. Enabled advertising providers may process information under their own policies. Browser ad events are unverified telemetry and do not by themselves establish earnings.

Storage and retention

Videos are stored in the configured Cloudflare R2 bucket. Temporary processing files are removed after jobs finish. Retention notices are available in your account. Financial and audit records may be retained for reconciliation and dispute handling.

Your requests

Contact support to request access, correction, or deletion of personal information. The operator must complete its provider disclosures, jurisdiction requirements, and retention schedule before commercial launch.
