These launch terms apply to use of Videoroy. By creating an account you agree to follow these conditions. Contact support with questions before uploading.

Accounts and content

You must have the rights and permissions needed to upload and share your content. You retain ownership. You grant Videoroy the permission necessary to store, process, display, and deliver your uploads according to your settings. Illegal material, infringement, malware, exploitation, and attempts to compromise the service are prohibited.

Storage and subscriptions

Plan limits shown on the pricing page apply. Videos may be removed after inactivity, account abuse, or a valid complaint. Eligible scheduled retention deletions include notice and a recovery period. An expired paid plan returns to Standard after its grace period; expiration alone does not delete all videos.

Payments and publisher earnings

Paid plans purchased through checkout grant the displayed service period. Renewal requires a new purchase. Eligible earnings depend on validated provider revenue and the configured publisher share. Estimates are not guarantees. Fraudulent, duplicate, reversed, or ineligible revenue may be withheld or corrected. Withdrawals require review and a finalized balance.

Service availability

Keep your own copies of important material. Support reviews disputes, account appeals, and payment questions. These launch terms must be reviewed by the service operator for its business and jurisdiction before commercial launch.
